At MobileAdds, we provide all essential information about the product on the product page. If you need more details or have questions about the existing information, you can contact your sales manager or send us an email.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT. The prices are daily prices, and we reserve the right to change prices continuously and without notice.

You can only view prices on our webshop if you're logged in with your customer account. We use customer accounts because we exclusively sell products to businesses. Additionally, with a customer account, we can tailor prices for you and your company.

Payment

At MobileAdds, you can pay in 3 different ways if you are an international customer and 4 different ways if you are a Danish customer:

Credit Card on the website using QuickPay
Bank transfer before delivery
Invoice using automatich suplier service (Only in Denmark

Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day return policy on all stocked items. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you've received the item you wish to return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send this information to us via email at info@mobileadds.dk or contact your sales manager. The item must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging without delay.

If you simply refuse to accept the delivery of your package, we do not consider it as utilizing your right of withdrawal. Therefore, you should always accept the package and then proceed to exercise your right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal for ordered items that we've specifically ordered for your company based on your request. This is because these ordered items are not part of our regular stock.

Return in connection with the right of withdrawal

You must always return your order to us without delay and no later than 5 days after notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We always recommend sending a traceable package, as letters/packages can get lost in the mail. You bear the risk for the product and its condition from the time you receive it until we receive it back at our warehouse.

In the package, please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note so that we can identify the purchase.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to our address. If you mistakenly send the package to a pick-up point, it will automatically be returned to you via the selected shipping company.

Refund of purchase amount

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the shipping costs. If there has been a depreciation of the product, you are liable for this, and we will deduct the depreciation from the purchase amount.

The money will be refunded to you no later than 8 days after we have received the package back at our warehouse.

Warranty and RMA

We always strive to provide the best conditions when you purchase spare parts from MobileAdds. Therefore, we aim to make the warranty part as transparent as possible.

Since we only deal with B2B (business-to-business), we could legally provide a shorter warranty, similar to some of our foreign competitors. However, we have chosen to adapt to the Danish market and thus provide up to 2 years of warranty on our spare parts.

Personal Data Policy

To create your business as a customer with us in our systems, we require the following information: Company name, address, CVR number, email, phone number, and contact person.

We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver your order to your company.

We disclose the name, phone number, address, and email address to GLS, PostNord, Mover, or UPS so that they can deliver the ordered products to you.

The personal information is registered with MobileAdds ApS and is stored for up to five years after your customer relationship ends, after which we delete all your information.

We handle all your information internally and do not share it with third parties.

The data controller for b2b.mobileadds.dk is MobileAdds ApS.

You always have the right to know what information we process about you and your company.

If you believe we have inaccurate information, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may include situations where your data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected them. Furthermore, you can contact us if you believe your personal data are being processed in violation of the law. You can always write us an email at info@mobileadds.dk.

Disclaimer

MobileAdds is not liable for compensation if you, as a customer, suffer direct or indirect loss due to a delay beyond MobileAdds' control. This could include situations such as war, seizure, lockout, freight delays, or similar events.

MobileAdds provides the warranty issued by the manufacturer to MobileAdds to the customer. Therefore, MobileAdds does not provide any independent warranty to the customer.

Reservation for Changes

MobileAdds reserves the right to change and update the applicable terms and conditions for this webshop. As a customer, you are therefore obligated to stay updated on any such changes.
