A Student Assistant is required for Marketing / Sales Follow-Up.

We are looking for a student assistant for our marketing / sales department for approximately 15-20 hours per week. Among your tasks will be the following:

- Taking photos of new products for the website

- Assisting with website copywriting

- Updating the website, including linking products together to create cross-reference 

- Optimizing the website search engine and setting up boosts/banners for cross-selling

- Setting up and maintaining flows in connection with our newsletters

- Helping to organize and clean up our CRM system

- Participating in finding leads for the sales team and possibly making calls to them

We use the following systems / programs for the above tasks:

- Office 365

- Prestashop (WebShop)

- Klaviyo (Newsletters)

- Doofinder (Search system in WebShop)

- WebCRM (CRM System)

- RackBeat (Warehouse/Order system)

We do not expect you to know all of the above systems – we will make sure to train you.

Who are you:

You are a lively and outgoing student who wants to broaden your horizons and strengthen your understanding of what happens in a small international company. You have a strong interest in B2B marketing. You speak at least Danish and English – and if you also know other languages, for example, Swedish, Norwegian or German, that's a plus.

Who are we:

We are a distributor of spare parts for mobile phones, tablets and computers, currently primarily in the Nordic market. Our customers are repair shops/chains and computer shops. We are Danish-owned and currently have 8 full-time and 2-3 part-time employees. In recent years, we have achieved an annual growth rate of approximately 30%, which you will help to maintain. Our daily office communication is in Danish and English – our current staff speak 7 languages.

Where will you work:

Our head office is located in Glostrup, and this is where you will carry out your tasks 2-4 days per week.
