Description of MobileAdds Warranty

We always strive to provide the best terms when you buy your spare parts from us. Therefore, we want to make the warranty part with us as transparent and simple as possible. We have done this by briefly describing how our warranty covers, as well as when our warranty cannot cover. In addition, we have described our RMA procedure, so you know exactly how to return your products to get them exchanged.

Since we only trade B2B, we could easily give a shorter warranty as some of our foreign colleagues. However, we have chosen to adapt to the Nordic market approach, and therefore we provide up to 2 years warranty on most of our spare parts.

The warranty covers

Below you can see which warranty is provided by MobileAdds on the different products. The warranty covers touch problems, LCD problems and general functional problems.

We do not cover any damage caused by water damage. If the product has received water, it cannot be exchanged.

However, there is an exception regarding batteries, as they are more exposed to wear and therefore considered a wear and tear part. On batteries, our warranty covers 1 year, after which we provide 1 year limited warranty.

If you return a battery that is older than 1 year old, you must enclose a screenshot of the battery's cycles, where we can see if it has run the maximum number of expected cycles for the given battery's lifespan (between 500 and 800 cycles). If not, we cannot offer an exchange, and the warranty case will be rejected.

The warranty does NOT cover

Man-made damage, which can include both damage from technicians or damage from customers. Some examples of man-made damage are:

- Water damage
- Torn flex cable on screen after mounting attempt
- Broken glass or LCD after use on iPhone and iPad screens.
- Physical damage to Macbook screen, which causes LCD or cables to break.
- Covers, cables and chargers that have been exposed to normal wear and tear, and therefore have gotten broken, are not covered by the warranty either.

Returning a product that is over 2 years old from the date of purchase is not covered by the warranty. Incorrectly returned products are not returned to the customer. These are destroyed after sorting out.

How to see it is an MA product

Most of our spare parts come with a warranty sticker, which indicates that the spare part is purchased from MobileAdds.

There are the following different warranty stickers at MobileAdds:

·         Yellow sticker:
Original / OEM quality spare parts come with a round yellow sticker, where it says "MA" on it.

·         Green sticker:
Grade A quality spare parts come with a round green sticker, where it says "MA" on it.

·         Blue sticker:
Full warranty screens come with a round blue sticker. Where it says "MA" on it.

·         Laser print:
All our JK Screens come with laser print, where you can identify the spare part as being from MobileAdds by the fact that the laser print starts with "MA" and some digits behind the code.

·         QR code (coming soon):
This contains a serial number, which is linked to each individual product. These are used for MacBook screens, MacBook topcases and selected products of higher value. In the small print, you can see it says “MA” too.

The warranty covers DOA spare parts, which means that you will always have your product exchanged if you receive a spare part that is dead on arrival. However, this must be documented upon receipt of the product by sending a picture to your Sales Manager or to the email info@mobileadds.dk.

The product must also be returned in the original packaging and with the original film applied. If the product is not returned in original packaging and with original film applied, we will consider the product as being used, and therefore the warranty regarding DOA spare parts will not be valid.
